Important Traffic Update: Main Street and Wirt Road Improvement

At Groveport Madison Schools, the safety of our students, families, and staff remains our top priority. Beginning in November, the City of Groveport will begin a major project to realign the intersection of Main Street and Wirt Road.
 
This work is part of a long-term plan to improve visibility, reduce confusion, and enhance safety for vehicles, pedestrians, and our school community.
 
What this means for our schools:

• Expect modified traffic patterns and possible temporary closures and detours near Groveport Elementary and Middls School Central during construction.
• Please allow extra travel time during morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up.
• Obey posted signage and follow the directions of any traffic or school-zone staff.
• We will keep you updated with any shifts in schedule, pick-up patterns, or parking access.
