Fan Safety & Expectations

At Groveport Madison Schools, we love seeing our community come together to support our student-athletes. Our high school athletic events are meant to be fun, safe, and welcoming for everyone—from our youngest fans to longtime supporters. To maintain a positive experience for all, we’ve established a set of rules and expectations, especially for elementary and middle school students.

Please review the following guidelines before attending an event:

Elementary & Middle School Students

  • Must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to enter the stadium. Adults may only bring students they are legally responsible for.

  • Students must stay with their parent/guardian in the bleachers throughout the game.

  • Trips to the restroom or concession stand must be made with a parent/guardian.

  • No re-entry is allowed. If you leave the stadium, you will not be permitted back in.

  • Misbehavior will result in removal from the event and a suspension from future athletic games.

  • No refunds will be issued for anyone asked to leave.

General Rules for a Safe and Enjoyable Event

  • All student visitors must attend Groveport Madison Schools or the visiting team’s school. A valid school ID is required for entry.

  • No backpacks or bags are permitted inside the stadium.

  • Once you leave the event, you may not re-enter.

  • Stadium gates close at the end of the 2nd quarter. No late entry and no refunds.

  • No loitering near the concession stand or in the parking lot. Loitering will result in removal from the stadium.

  • No refunds will be given under any circumstances related to rule violations.

Thank you for helping us create a safe and respectful environment for all fans. We look forward to seeing you in the stands—Go Cruisers!
