ROX

 

ROX—Ruling Our eXperiences—is a research-based empowerment program designed to equip girls with the skills they need to navigate life’s challenges, build confidence, and lead with strength. At Groveport Madison High School, ROX is creating a safe, supportive space where girls can grow socially, emotionally, and academically.

Through small-group sessions led by trained facilitators, students explore real-world topics like self-esteem, healthy relationships, leadership, communication, stress management, and social media awareness. The program is interactive, discussion-based, and designed to meet girls where they are—while helping them become who they’re meant to be.
