Garden Club

The Groveport Madison High School Garden Club offers students a hands-on opportunity to connect with nature, learn about sustainable practices, and contribute to the beauty and health of our school environment. Whether you're interested in growing vegetables, planting flowers, or simply spending time outdoors, Garden Club is a great way to dig in—literally and figuratively.
Students work together to plan, plant, and maintain garden spaces on campus, while also learning about topics like environmental responsibility, healthy eating, and community stewardship. No gardening experience is needed—just a willingness to get your hands dirty and try something new.
What You'll Gain from Garden Club:
-
Learn how to grow and care for plants and vegetables
-
Collaborate on seasonal planting projects and campus beautification
-
Develop a deeper understanding of sustainability and ecology
-
Enjoy the calming benefits of spending time outdoors
-
Take pride in making a visible, positive impact on your school
Garden Club meets regularly throughout the growing seasons, with indoor planning and prep sessions during the winter months.
