Groveport Madison Schools' Esports program gives students the opportunity to compete, collaborate, and develop valuable skills through organized competitive gaming. Whether you're a seasoned competitor or just getting started, Esports offers an exciting environment where teamwork, communication, strategy, and sportsmanship are just as important as gameplay.

Our program offers competitive teams in Chess, Fortnite, Overwatch, and Super Smash Bros., allowing students to compete against schools from across Ohio. As an Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) sanctioned activity, Groveport Madison students have the opportunity to advance through district and regional competition with the goal of qualifying for the OHSAA State Esports Championships.

Beyond competition, Esports helps students build leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, and collaboration skills while connecting with peers who share similar interests. Our coaches are committed to creating a positive, inclusive environment where students can grow both as competitors and as individuals.
