DECA at Groveport Madison High School prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management. As part of a nationally recognized organization, our DECA chapter gives students real-world experiences that build confidence, develop leadership skills, and open doors to future career opportunities.

Through project-based learning, competitions, and community engagement, DECA members gain hands-on experience in business planning, public speaking, teamwork, and problem-solving. Students have the opportunity to compete at the district, state, and national levels—earning recognition, scholarships, and valuable professional connections.
