Groveport Madison High School offers a wide range of extracurricular opportunities designed to help students grow creatively, socially, and academically. One of our most dynamic programs is the Cruiser Theatre Company, home to Thespian Troupe 3323, part of the International Thespian Society.

The Cruiser Theatre Company provides students with hands-on experience in every aspect of theatre production, on stage and behind the scenes. From acting and directing to set design, lighting, sound, and costume creation, students collaborate to bring high-quality productions to life for our school and community.

9 Worst Breakups of All Time - a play-in-a-day by Ian McWethy

Think your breakup was bad? Evan Tonsil, an employee of the nonprofit company “Relationships for a Better Tomorrow” is here to take the audience on a tour of the nine worst breakups of all time, from the Cro-Magnon era to the Civil War to a smattering of modern-day breakups. A comedy that proves that no matter how hard someone has stomped on a heart... it could always be worse.

This Play-in-a-Day features ten of our theatre students taking on over 20 roles! We invite staff, family and friends come out and support the amazing talents of these students! They rehearse, plan, memorize and perform the show in just 24 hours!
